1. Successful booking will generate a Receipt which will be considered final for your booking.

2. If the booking receipt is not generated the booking is not confirmed and if the amount is cut from your bank please contact your bank for the same.

3. Bookings one made cannot be cancelled for free and a 50% cancellation will be charged for bookings cancelled upto 7 days prior to the booking.

4. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded and full amount will be charged as cancellation charge.

5. If your refund is approved it will be refunded to the bank account that you will have to mail at our mail id within 15 working days.
